Pathway Houses operates three homes and supportive living apartments serving up to forty-seven men over eighteen years old who have successfully completed inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment for substance abuse and require continued assistance to remain sober and drug free.

Pathway Houses of Rochester is an organization recognized in the community as a leader in providing quality services for men recovering from alcoholism and other substance abuse, with a sustained focus on employment and self-sufficiency.

All who are accepted into Pathway Houses' program will ultimately achieve successful recovery and re-entry into the community as demonstrated by measurable outcomes.
